Welcome to Solvaya
Solvaya is your all-in-one platform for managing holiday rental properties, bookings, and guest communications. This guide will help you get started.
First Steps
- Set up your property -- After signing up, add your first property by clicking Add Property on the Properties page. The onboarding wizard will guide you through entering details like the property name, type, location, capacity, rooms, photos, description, house rules, and pricing.
- Add your first booking -- Once your property is created, go to its Calendar and click any available date to add a booking. You can enter the guest name, check-in and check-out dates, total price, and booking source.
- Explore the dashboard -- The Dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your properties, bookings, contacts, and revenue. Use the time period filters (This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year) to narrow your view.
Navigation
Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between sections:
- Dashboard -- Overview and analytics
- Properties -- List and manage all your properties
- Calendar -- Cross-property calendar with all bookings
- Invoices -- Create and manage guest invoices
- Contacts -- Guest address book with booking history
- AI Assistant -- Ask questions about your data in natural language
Global Search
Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the global search. Type to instantly find properties, bookings, or contacts.
User Settings
Click your avatar in the bottom left to access Settings, where you can update your profile, change your password, set your language preference, and choose between light and dark mode.
