Overview
The Dashboard is your home screen, providing a real-time overview of your rental business. It updates automatically as bookings are added, modified, or cancelled.
KPI Cards
At the top of the dashboard, four key metric cards give you an instant snapshot:
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Properties | Total number of properties you manage |
| Bookings | Total bookings in the selected period, plus a breakdown of direct vs. channel bookings |
| Contacts | Total number of guests in your address book |
| Revenue | Total revenue in the selected period, with a percentage change compared to the previous period |
Time Period Filters
You can filter the dashboard data by time period using the tabs:
- This Week
- This Month
- This Quarter
- This Year
All charts and figures update to reflect the selected period.
Dashboard Sections
Upcoming Check-ins
Shows your next 5 guest arrivals, with the guest name, property, and arrival date. Click any entry to go directly to that booking.
Currently Staying
Shows guests who are currently checked in, with their departure date. Useful for knowing who is on your property right now.
Recent Bookings
The most recent bookings across all properties, showing guest name, property, dates, and status.
Analytics Charts
Revenue Chart
A bar chart showing your revenue over time for the selected period. Hover over any bar to see the exact amount for that day or week.
Bookings by Platform
A breakdown of where your bookings come from (Direct, Airbnb, Booking.com, iCal channels, etc.). Helps you understand which channels perform best.
Property Occupancy
Shows the occupancy percentage for each property in the selected period. A progress bar gives you a quick visual indication of how full each property is.
